The Social Housing Project at AOM-72 Plot is located in Cao Xanh Ward, Quang Ninh Province, with a consortium of My Quyen Trading Investment JSC and Global Financial Investment Consulting JSC as the investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 2.226 trillion (~USD 89 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 2.51 hectares, comprising three 25-storey apartment buildings, providing 1,493 social housing units, together with 39 commercial townhouses. The project will contribute to increasing the supply of social housing in Quang Ninh’s urban center and meeting housing demand among local residents and workers.

The project officially broke ground on August 27, 2026, and is expected to be completed in Q4 2028.
