The Social Housing Project located at Apartment Plot No. 5, Zone B, Nam Cầu Cẩm Lệ Residential Area, Hòa Xuân Ward, Da Nang City, is developed by a consortium of investors, including 19 Thang 8 Development Joint Stock Company, 36 Corporation – Joint Stock Company, Gia Cư Investment and Development One Member Company Limited, and An Phát Land Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment capital of approximately VND 1,737 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 29,376 square meters, featuring four residential towers with 14 above-ground floors and one basement level. Upon completion, the project will provide approximately 1,180 apartment units, with a total gross floor area of about 145,998 square meters.

The project officially broke ground on December 19, 2025, and is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.
