The Social Housing Project is located in the Cồn Tiến Urban Area, Da Nang City, and is invested in by Đạt Phương Hội An Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 700 billion.

The project is being developed on a site of nearly 24,000 m², comprising four 7-storey apartment buildings with a total of 684 residential units, providing housing for approximately 2,200 residents.

The project officially broke ground on 14 July 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028.
