The project is being developed on a land area of approximately 31,300 m², comprising 3 buildings with 21 above-ground floors and 1 basement, providing approximately 1,660 social housing apartments, with a total construction floor area of approximately 156,764 m².

The project officially broke ground on September 16, 2026, while the expected completion date has not yet been officially announced.
