The Social Housing Project for the People’s Public Security Force is located at 66 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Cai Khe Ward, Can Tho City. The project is developed by KVG Housing Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (Khanh Vinh Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 1,895 billion (around USD 73 million).

The project is being implemented on a site area of approximately 31,473 m² and comprises three 20-storey residential towers, providing a total of 943 apartments, including 784 social housing units and 159 commercial housing units. The total gross floor area is approximately 116,480 m².

Construction officially commenced on May 28, 2026, and the project is scheduled for completion and operation in Q3 2028.
