The Social Housing Project in An Phu Commune (now Binh Kien Ward) is located in Binh Kien Ward, Dak Lak Province. The project is developed by Cloud Land Joint Stock Company as the Investor, with a total investment of VND 2,584 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 43,228 square meters, consisting of multiple apartment blocks with 15 above-ground floors, and providing 2,270 apartment units.

The project was groundbroken on December 19, 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
