The Springlight City Project is located at No. 1Bis–1Kep Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, with Ben Thanh – Sao Thuy Co., Ltd., a member of Ben Thanh Group, as the developer. The project has a total investment of more than VND 3.6 trillion (approximately USD 145 million).

The project is being developed on a site of approximately 1.8 hectares, with a building density of around 40%. It comprises four towers ranging from 37 to 40 above-ground floors, along with underground parking facilities, providing more than 1,000 high-end real estate units, including luxury apartments, penthouses, sky villas, shophouses, officetels, an international-standard hotel, serviced offices, and a commercial and retail center.

The project commenced development in September 2026 and is expected to be completed and handed over during 2029–2030.
