The Sunset Town High Rise Project is located on a hillside in An Thoi Ward, Southern Phu Quoc, within the area of Sunset Town Phu Quoc, developed by Sun Group.

Sunset Town as a whole is planned as a mixed-use urban development, combining real estate, tourism, hospitality, commerce, and entertainment, featuring several iconic structures such as beaches, pedestrian streets, plazas, resorts, and leisure amenities.

The Sunset Town High Rise project consists of three towers, each with 25 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, with a total gross floor area of 99,134 m².

The project broke ground on December 1, 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
