The Luvista Quy Nhon Project is located on Che Lan Vien Street, Quy Nhon Nam Ward, Gia Lai Province, and is developed by TNT Homes Quy Nhon Joint Stock Company.

The project is being developed on a site of more than 8.3 hectares and is master-planned to include five residential towers, each comprising 21 above-ground floors and one basement level. Upon completion, the development will provide 1,596 high-end apartment units and 34 shophouses. The total gross floor area of the CH-01 and CH-02 towers exceeds 135,000 square meters.

Construction of the superstructure commenced on 18 June 2026, and the project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
