The Supply Chain City – Phase 2 Project is located in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province (now part of Ho Chi Minh City) and is developed by BW Industrial Development JSC.

The project comprises a two-storey ready-built factory (RBF) complex, providing manufacturing and logistics space for large-scale manufacturers and high-tech enterprises, with a total gross floor area (GFA) of approximately 260,000 m².

Phase 2 of the project was groundbroken in early February 2026, and the completion timeline has not yet been publicly disclosed.
