The Tay Co Loa Social Housing Project is located in Dong Anh Commune, Hanoi, and is invested by the Consortium of 319 Corporation – Ministry of National Defence and An Sinh Construction and Services Joint Stock Company, with 319 Corporation – Ministry of National Defence serving as the lead consortium member. The project has a total investment of approximately VND 893.5 billion (approximately USD 35.7 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 10,617 m², with a building footprint of approximately 4,778 m². It comprises two buildings of up to 9 above-ground floors and 1 basement, providing 427 social housing apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 42,999 m².

The project officially broke ground on October 6, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
