The TDC Plaza Project, commercially known as Luminary Square, is located in Binh Duong, developed by Binh Duong Trade and Development Joint Stock Company (Becamex TDC), with a total investment of approximately VND 1.854 trillion (approximately USD 72 million).

The project comprises 4 residential towers, each 21 storeys high, offering 974 commercial apartments, with a total commercial floor area of approximately 62,757 m². The towers are developed together with a central amenities building, featuring commercial facilities, a swimming pool, and landscaped green spaces.

The project broke ground on August 10, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2029.
