The project is developed on a land area of 27,840 m², consisting of 4 buildings with 15 above-ground floors, providing 1,337 apartments and 52 adjacent shophouses dedicated to workers and laborers.

The project officially broke ground on November 27, 2025, and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
