The Van Giang Industrial Park Project is located in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province, with Van Giang Dual-Use Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd. as the investor, with a registered investment capital of approximately VND 3.32 trillion (~USD 133 million) for Phase 1.

The project is planned with a total area of nearly 273 hectares, of which Phase 1 covers approximately 203.55 hectares. The industrial park is oriented toward attracting high-tech industries, products, and services such as cybersecurity, network security, big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence, as well as forensic technical products, support equipment, and uniforms for the People’s Public Security forces.

The project officially broke ground on September 9, 2026. According to the implementation plan of Hung Yen Province, Phase 1 is expected to be completed in April 2028.
