The Whisky Hotel Project is located at 229 Dong Khoi Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Whisky Cognac Company Limited.

The project comprises one building block with 10 above-ground floors and 5 basements, with a total gross floor area of over 7,000 m².

The project commenced construction on April 25, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2027.
