The YKK Vietnam Factory Project – Phase 3 is located at Lot 10, N2 Road, Nhon Trach 3 Industrial Park – Phase 2, Long Tho Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. The project is invested by YKK Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of YKK Group, Japan), with a total investment of approximately VND 2,000 billion (USD 83.6 million).

The project is developed on a land area of approximately 176,701 m² and includes a new modern manufacturing plant and auxiliary production facilities, applying advanced automation technology, with a total gross floor area of about 110,460 m².

The project was officially groundbreaking on January 29, 2026, and is expected to be completed and put into operation in May 2027.
