The Ha Long Xanh Integrated Urban Area is located across Ha Long City and Quang Yen Town in Quang Ninh Province, jointly developed by Vingroup and Vinhomes JSC, with a total estimated investment capital of USD 18 billion.

The project covers a total area of 4,110 hectares, and is expected to provide approximately 55,300 housing units of various types. It is planned as a multi-functional coastal urban complex, including commercial housing, high-rise and low-rise residences, social housing, as well as hospitality and tourism facilities such as resorts and shophouses.

Site clearance began in Q4 2021, with approximately 80% already completed. The project is currently under continued implementation according to the approved development schedule.
