The Cultural, Sports, Entertainment, and Integrated Commercial–Service–Tourism Complex No. 1 Project is located in Cat Tien Commune, Gia Lai Province, developed by Blooming Sky Co., Ltd., with a total investment of approximately VND 2,600 billion (USD 99 million).

The project is a tourism – sports – entertainment complex implemented on a site area of approximately 308.2 hectares, comprising a multi-functional integrated development, including: an international-standard 27-hole golf course; hotels (3-star and above) and tourism accommodation areas; a marina; and commercial, service, entertainment areas along with synchronized technical infrastructure.

The project is expected to be developed in phases: 2025 – 2026: completion of 1/500 detailed planning, legal procedures, and investment preparation; 2026: construction of technical infrastructure; and 2027 – 2030: construction and operation of individual components.
