The project is developed on a land area of more than 10,543 sqm, comprising 02 towers with 41 above-ground floors and 03 basement levels, offering a diverse product mix including studio apartments, 1–3 bedroom apartments, duplex units, penthouses, officetels, and shophouses.

The project officially commenced construction cooperation on 23 April 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2029.
