The Millennial Tower Project is located at Lot C15A, Tan Trao Street, Phu My Hung Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by UOA Group.

The project is being developed with a scale of 01 tower of approximately 24 above-ground floors and 04 basement levels, providing office space for lease of approximately 40,000 – 44,000 m², with a total gross floor area of around 60,000 m².

The project officially commenced in Q1 2026 and is expected to be completed during the 2027–2028 period.
