The Mixed-use Office, Commercial and Residential Building project is located at 149 Truong Chinh Street, Phuong Liet Ward, Hanoi, and is developed by Trang An Urban and Trading Joint Stock Company.

The project is implemented on a total site area of 2,677.6 sqm, comprising one tower of 32 above-ground floors and three basement levels, providing 286 residential units along with commercial and office-for-lease spaces, with a total gross floor area of approximately 38,993 sqm (excluding 6,792 sqm of basement area).

The construction contract was signed on April 22, 2026. The expected completion timeline has not yet been disclosed.
