The Phu Gia Residence Project is located in the Cat Lai Urban Area, Cat Lai Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Thuan Viet Construction – Trading Co., Ltd. as the investor, with a total investment of VND 700 billion (approximately USD 27 million).

The project is implemented on a land plot of 7,982.5 m², comprising two residential towers of 19 and 23 above-ground floors and one basement level, providing 374 apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately 35,000 m².

The project is scheduled to commence construction in early 2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
