The Aeon Mall Bac Ninh Project is located in Tan Tien Ward, Bac Ninh Province and is jointly developed by Aeon Mall Vietnam Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of the Aeon Group, Japan) and Newland Investment Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 4,000 billion (approximately USD 170 million).

The project is developed on a land area of 7.7 hectares, comprising the following main components: a modern shopping mall, a mixed-use office and service area, and a tourism, entertainment, and supporting amenities zone.

The project is designed with an expected scale of two shopping mall blocks, each with four above-ground floors, and a total gross floor area of 122,000 square meters.

The project is scheduled to break ground on December 19, 2025, and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
