The An Maison Project is a large-scale residential and commercial urban development located at No. 226 Le Lai Street, Ngo Quyen Ward, Hai Phong City, invested by Kim Trang Materials Import–Export Co., Ltd., a member of GELEX Infrastructure Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 8,000 billion (USD 300 million).

The project commenced construction on December 19, 2025, and is expected to hand over the low-rise subdivision in 2028.

The project is developed on a land area of 13.8 hectares, comprising:

• Low-rise subdivision: Approximately 280 residential units, with a building height of 4–5 floors
• High-rise subdivision: Two towers with heights of 38–41 floors, including high-end apartment units, podium-level commercial and service areas, and community amenities; Four towers with a height of 9 floors, providing social housing apartments.
