The Bắc Hòa Khánh Social Housing Project is located in Hòa Khánh Ward, Da Nang City, with Hoi An Real Estate Joint Stock Company acting as the Investor, and a total investment of approximately VND 1,246 billion (around USD 48 million).

The project is implemented on a site covering an area of 14,437 m², with a scale comprising one 20-storey apartment building, one basement level, and one rooftop (technical) floor. The project will provide approximately 963 social housing apartments, with a total gross floor area of more than 77,000 m².

The project is expected to commence in 2026 and be completed in 2029.
