The BASS Materials Research and Manufacturing Center Project is located in Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park, Hanoi, with BASS Co., Ltd. (South Korea) as the investor, and a total investment of approximately VND 743 billion (equivalent to around USD 30 million).

The project comprises research buildings, laboratories, and high-tech manufacturing workshops, providing advanced research and production infrastructure for innovative materials, with a total gross floor area of more than 30,000 m².

The project was groundbroken on January 8, 2026, is scheduled to complete Phase 1 and commence operations in Q4 2026, and is expected to be fully completed by Q4 2028.
