The Champa Viha Hotel and Residential Complex Project is located at No. 212 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, with Xuan Loc Tho Mien Trung Investment One Member Limited Liability Company acting as the Investor.

The project is a 4-star hotel and commercial residential complex, comprising one tower with 25 above-ground floors and two basement levels. The project will provide 114 condotel units and 79 commercial apartments, with a total gross floor area of approximately more than 20,000 m².

The project is expected to break ground in Q1 2026 and be completed and put into operation in Q3 2027.
