The Commercial Center, Office for Lease, and High-Rise Residential Project is located on Le Duc Tho Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, with Delta Group serving as the construction contractor.

The project is developed on a land area of 4,300 m², consisting of one tower with 25 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. Foundation and basement construction began in November 2025, and the project is expected to be completed in 2027.
