The Đức Lập Residential Area Project is located in Đức Lập Commune, Tây Ninh Province, and is invested in by the consortium of Truong Son Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Him Lam Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of VND 7,000 billion (approximately USD 290 million), excluding land clearance, compensation, and resettlement costs of approximately VND 4,000 billion.

The project is implemented on a site covering an area of approximately 214.9 hectares and is planned as a low-rise residential area with integrated urban infrastructure. The development includes townhouses with a maximum height of four above-ground floors, along with commercial and service facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, sports amenities, and green spaces. The project will provide approximately 1,485 completed townhouses and more than 5,230 residential land plots.

The project is scheduled to commence in Q1 2026 and is expected to be fully completed by Q4 2030, in accordance with the approved implementation schedule.
