The FPT Technology Park Project is located in Tay Tuu Ward and Phu Dien Ward, Bac Tu Liem District, Hanoi. The project is developed by FPT Group, with a total investment of approximately VND 50,000 billion (over USD 2 billion).

The project broke ground on January 16, 2026. The first phase is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, while the entire project is expected to be completed by 2031.

The project is implemented on a land area of nearly 200 hectares, with the objective of developing a Digital Technology Park and mixed-use complex under the “Work – Live – Innovate” model. The project includes the following main functional zones:

• Concentrated Digital Technology Park (~168.9 hectares): focusing on R&D and digital technology manufacturing, including fields such as AI, Big Data, IoT, Blockchain, Metaverse, digital platforms, and software.
• Open and mixed-use zone: comprising green spaces, internal transportation systems, service facilities, educational and training institutions, and integrated living–working spaces for experts.
