The Gem Tower Hotel & Residences project is located on Bach Dang Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, and is invested by Gem Tower Investment Joint Stock Company.

The project combines luxury apartments and hotel services, developed on a land area of 3,436 m², with a scale of one 33-story tower and two basement floors, providing over 600 apartments.

The project broke ground at the end of 2025 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
