The Gladia by the Waters Project – high-rise subdivision is located on Vo Chi Cong Street, Binh Trung Dong Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by a joint venture between Khang Dien House Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company and Keppel Land (Singapore).

The project is implemented on a land area of 12,600 m², with a scale comprising three towers of 15 above-ground floors and one basement level, providing more than 600 high-end apartments.

The project broke ground on January 25, 2026, and is expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2027.
