The HH2D An Khanh Mixed-Use Apartment, Office, Commercial and Service Complex Project (commercial name: Metropoli5 Nam An Khanh) is located at Lot HH2D, Nam An Khanh Urban Area, An Khanh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi. The Investor of the project is Vietnam Trade Development Joint Stock Company (Vietradico).

The project is developed on a land area of 23,872 m², with a scale of 5 towers featuring 40 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels. In Phase 1, two towers (C1 & C2) are launched, providing 537 apartments.

The project is scheduled to commence in Q4 2025, and Phase 1 is expected to be completed in 2028.
