The Him Lam Phuc Loi Social Housing Project is located on Hoi Xa Street, Phuc Loi Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi. The project is developed by Him Lam Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 9,000 billion (USD 333 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of 81,120 m², with a scale of 12 towers, each 21 storeys high, providing around 4,600 social housing apartments and a total gross floor area of over 283,000 m².

The project is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2026, with handover starting from the first quarter of 2028.
