The Imperia Sky Park Project is located at Lot HH3, Nam An Khánh Urban Area, An Khánh Commune, Hoài Đức District, Hanoi, and is developed by MIK Group.

The project is implemented on a site area of approximately 4 hectares, comprising six residential towers ranging from 31 to 40 storeys, providing around 3,000 apartment units.

The project is scheduled to commence its first phase in 2026 and is expected to be completed by 2029.
