The Maslight Tower Project is located at Lot C3HH, the intersection of Nguyen Chanh – Mac Thai Tong, Nam Trung Yen Urban Area, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, and is developed by Thuy Duong Investment Joint Stock Company as the Investor.

The project is implemented on a land area of 5,661 m², comprising 01 tower with 29 above-ground floors and 04 basement levels, providing 79,947 m² of Grade A office space and 21,880 m² of basement parking area, with a total gross floor area of approximately 101,827 m².

The project commenced in Q1/2026 and is expected to be completed in 2028.
