The Masteri Cosmo Central Project is located within The Global City urban area, fronting Do Xuan Hop Street, Binh Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is developed by Masterise Homes (a member of Masterise Group), with a total investment of approximately VND 20,000–22,000 billion (equivalent to USD 800–900 million).

The project comprises six high-end residential towers, ranging from 19 to 29 above-ground floors with two basement levels, providing thousands of premium apartments in various layouts.

The project was launched in January 2026 and is expected to begin handover in 2028.
