The Phan Thiet Civil Aviation Airport Project is located in Thien Nghiep Commune (Mui Ne area), Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province, and is developed by Sun Group as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 3,800 billion (USD 150 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of approximately 75 hectares, comprising 1 passenger terminal, an operations area, synchronized technical infrastructure, taxiways, aircraft aprons, and supporting facilities, with a designed capacity of approximately 2 million passengers per year by 2030.

The project was approved for investor selection in early March 2026 and is expected to be implemented and completed in accordance with the approved investment roadmap in the subsequent phase.
