The Prime Starlake Project, K8CT1 Subdivision (Phase 2) is located on Lot “K8” in the Starlake Tay Ho Tay Urban Area, Vo Chi Cong Street, Hanoi City. The project is invested by Daewoo E&C, in collaboration with THT Development as the developer.

The project is being developed on a 23,168 m² site with a construction density of 31.31%, consisting of 4 towers with 23 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, offering 656 residential units.

The project officially broke ground in October 2025 and is expected to be handed over in August 2028.
