The Ramond Urbaniz Do Son Project is located in Do Son Ward, Hai Phong City, and is developed by Ramond Holdings, with a total investment of approximately VND 882 billion (around USD 35 million).

The project is implemented on a land area of about 123,367 m² and comprises low-rise residential zones, social housing, service and public facilities, and integrated technical infrastructure. It aims to deliver a modern urban area combining residential living, commercial functions, and urban amenities, with a total gross floor area of over 300,000 m².

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony in December 2025 and is expected to be completed and put into operation from 2028.
