The Social Housing Project in Nam Ngạn Ward is located in the Bac Cau Hac Urban Area, Nam Ngạn Ward (now Ham Rong Ward), Thanh Hóa City. The project is developed by Viet Incons Joint Stock Company, Vinaconex 21 Joint Stock Company, and Hanoi Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 3,700 billion.

The project is implemented on a land area of 2.8 hectares, with a construction density of 40%. It includes 4 residential blocks, each 25 stories high, and is expected to provide 2,376 social housing apartments.

The project was officially commenced on October 14, 2025, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
