The Social Housing Project XH1, Zone C is located on the land plot coded XH1, Zone C, An Van Duong New Urban Area (Ecogarden), Thanh Thuy Ward, Hue City. The project is developed by Phu My Thuong Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment capital of 842 billion VND.

The project is built on a land area of approximately 32,000 m², consisting of five 9-storey buildings, providing 720 social housing apartments and 47 commercial townhouse units, with a total construction floor area of 82,696 m².

Land allocation is scheduled for Q2/2025, and the project is expected to be completed in Q4/2030.
