The T18 Hotel, Office and Commercial–Service Complex Project is located at No. 268 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Ngu Hanh Son District, Da Nang City. The project is developed by MBLand Da Nang Joint Stock Company, with a total investment of approximately VND 3,000 billion (around USD 125 million).

The project is a five-star, international-standard hotel featuring 100% sea-view serviced apartments, developed on a land area of 12,700 m², with a scale comprising two towers of 39 above-ground floors and two basement levels.

The project was announced on January 20, 2026, is scheduled to break ground on April 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed in 2028.
