The Tien Duong 1 Social Housing Project is located in Phuc Thinh Commune, Hanoi City. The project is invested in by a consortium consisting of Viglacera Corporation – JSC, Hoang Thanh Infrastructure Investment & Development JSC, and Central Construction JSC, with a total investment of approximately VND 9.3 trillion.

The project is developed on a land area of 44.6 hectares and is expected to provide 3,530 housing units, including 3,103 social housing units, 427 commercial apartment units, and 99 townhouse units.

The project held its groundbreaking ceremony on December 19, 2025, and is scheduled for completion in 2030.
