The Sembcorp Integrated Hub Dong Nai 1 Project is located in Loc An – Binh Son Industrial Park, and is developed by Sembcorp Industries with a total investment of approximately USD 69.65 million.

The project is an integrated complex of ready-built factories for lease and supporting facilities, providing standard factory units, warehousing, and infrastructure support for manufacturing enterprises.

The project was granted investment approval in February 2026, is expected to be implemented in 2026, and will be completed in phases.
