The Electronic Circuit Board Manufacturing Plant Project is located at Becamex VSIP Binh Dinh Industrial Park, developed by Matsumura Electronics Industry Co., Ltd (Japan) as the Investor, with a total investment of approximately VND 4,000 billion (around USD 156 million).

The project is implemented on a site area of approximately 18.4 hectares, comprising an electronic circuit board (PCB) manufacturing plant and supporting facilities for high-tech production, supplying electronic circuit board products for the global supply chain.

The project was granted the Investment Registration Certificate on March 28, 2026, and is expected to commence construction in 2026 and be completed by Q4 2027.
