Khai Hoan Prime is located on Le Van Luong Street, Nhon Duc Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City, and is developed by Green Symphony Co., Ltd. (a member of Khai Hoan Group).

Designed in a luxury resort style, the project spans a land area of approximately 2 hectares with a construction density of 26% and a total gross floor area of 106,372 m². The development comprises three towers — Vinci, Mika, and Gali — rising 25 to 27 stories high, with two commercial basement levels, delivering a total of 1,296 premium apartments.

The project completed its basement structure in Q2/2025, and Phuoc Thanh Construction JSC commenced above-ground works in July 2025. Completion and handover are expected in Q1/2027.
