The Nghia Tru High School Project, developed under the “Model Socialist High School of Vietnam” concept, is located in Nghia Tru Commune, Hung Yen Province. The project is being implemented by the Hung Yen Provincial People’s Committee, with Deo Ca Group serving as the investment initiative proposer and implementation partner. The project has a preliminary total investment of approximately VND 500 billion (USD 19 million).

The project will be developed on a 47,900-square-meter (4.79-hectare) site and will comprise 30 classrooms, accommodating approximately 900–1,200 students. In addition to academic facilities, the campus will integrate spaces dedicated to arts education, science and technology, life skills training, and supporting facilities in line with the model high school concept.

The project is scheduled to commence construction on 19 August 2026 and is expected to be completed and ready for the 2027–2028 academic year.
