The Social Housing and Rental Housing Project is located in An Thoi Ward, Phu Quoc Special Zone, An Giang Province. Developed by Sun Group, the project has a total investment of approximately VND 40 trillion (around USD 1.53 billion).

The project covers an area of 55 hectares and will provide approximately 50,000 social housing and rental housing units built to Singaporean standards, meeting the residential needs of the local workforce and residents. The development is planned with a building coverage ratio of approximately 28% and is designed around a network of green corridors. It will feature fully integrated technical and social infrastructure, including schools, healthcare facilities, cultural centers, parks, public squares, parking facilities, commercial and service areas, sports amenities, and community spaces, with the goal of creating a modern and sustainable urban community.

The project was officially launched on August 2, 2026, to address the growing demand for housing amid urban development and to support preparations for APEC 2027 in Phu Quoc. The project completion timeline has not yet been announced by the developer.
