The project comprises the main components including Townhouses in Lot A with 1 basement, 6 above-ground floors, a mezzanine and a rooftop penthouse; Apartment Building in Lot B with 4 basements, 30 above-ground floors and a mezzanine; and a Commercial Area in Lot TM with 2 basements and 10 above-ground floors.

The project was officially launched on August 18, 2026, with no completion date publicly announced yet.
